How long do I have to make a refund/return request?

 

  • All refunds or returns must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.   

YogaFriday reserves the right to reject refunds/returns sent or communicated beyond the refund/return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I refund any item?

YogaFriday will accept the refund of products that are faulty or damaged where:

  1. Time: You send us a refund request through this online form within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.   
  2. Product: We will inspect your product (you may be requested to send us the product you receive for inspection) and clearly identify the fault;
  3. Proof: You supply satisfactory proof of purchase such as the store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email; and
  4. Remedy: Where the product is inspected and assessed as faulty, you can elect to receive a refund.

However, we are unable to offer free returns, and refunds can only be made under certain conditions. 

YogaFriday reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is as a result of:

  1. Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or Wash Guide); or
  2. Usual wear and tear following use of the product.

Keep the followings in mind:

All items must be returned unused and in their full original packaging.

How does the return policy work?

To start a refund/return, click here to fill in your email and 'order no' found in your email receipt or your login account on our website. From there, simply follow the instructions and we will respond to your requests normally within 72 hours. 

    What is the refundable amount?

    • We do not provide reimbursement for costs related to return shipping, customs fees, taxes, postal fees or VAT related costs.

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once we receive requested information regarding your order, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 14 days, depending on your bank.
